Saturday (19.05.2012), it was my school scouts camp! Actually I'm kinda nervous that i might be left out of being neglect by those people from different classes. Other then that, I also afraid that I will let the team down by not be able to do anything or much help in things like cooking, games, or even follow order.
So early morning, I packed my things and had a bathed, then rush to school cause need to arrive there at 8pm. I brought a huge and heavy bag just for a stay for 2D1N and were wondering am I the only one bringing bag that big?
When reach the school, I saw Sarah Soon at the school small gates. The first thing I wave at her and looking at the bag. WOW! So small.... Then I saw her took another 2bag from the car. That time I felt relax. We walked in the school and on the way we saw Long Xuan sitting there waiting for someone and also claire thst just arrive. We walked in together.
After register ourself, all of us gather at the assembling place and start finding our group members will we already knew about a month ago. Each team got a own flag, and the team leader got to explain what the meaning of the flag. Later that, we also got to create our own roll call. Oh ya! Im from group6 ^^ our roll call will be ( oeoeyo, go fight SIX go! x2) after all the group had finish theirs. The president told us thst each group got to pick 5pieces of papers in the box and see whats the word? Then we got to think of something such as acting, singing or whatever by including those words inside.
We get back to the registration place and clear the classroom so that it will have plenty spaces for girls to sleep because there's a limited of tent. Then the girl were separated into 2classroom and when to unfold their sleeping bags. Some of the girls even brought their pillow and blanket. Like wao, you coming here to camping or travelling? Hahaha
Oh no! Is game time.... 1st we palyed untangled. The 2nd game is bachelor. Each of us will find a partner. It can be (girl,girl) or (girl,boy). All the wies will be seated on the chair and the husband will be one step away from the wife. The single one is the hot handsome bachelor who got to wink at others wife. The wife got to run towards that hot handsome bachelor before the husband could catches them. So, this is what the game about.
The 3rd game, there are total 8groups but 4groups will temporary combine together to make 2groups. And each group from the 8 got to pick one representive to play the game. The game is like that, whoever is choosen, they got to be blind folded, and the team mates got to guild him to the pail and pick a black stone. There will only be a black stone in both that pail. Whoever got the black stone win! And the game end. My team, wei sheng 1st. We spinned him, and we asked him go straight. He walked straight with confident but towards our voice @@ we were stsnding at the side, behind the drain. We asked him to stop, but it was too late. One of him left felt into the drain, luckily he didn't get hurt. He got back up and reached the pail. He puts his hand inside and start picking the stone. When he took up his hand, my team scream and cheer! Yes! He got the black stone within one minute and game over when the committee members planned the game will go for 20minutes.
After that, we back to our normal group which is 8group there. Now we were going to play the 4station games. There will be station A,B,C, and D. Each group leader will pick a piece of paper and on the paper it will tell us which station to go first. At each station, we will fight againts different team. My team got B-C-D-A.
The station (A) games will be blind folded. Each members got to take a piece of wooden block and walked to the table infront by the team leader and stack up to make a pyramid. We lost to other team by 1seconds. So they won and got 10points abd our team got 5marks.
The we ran to the second station (B) will be climbing the rope. The whole team got to hang ourself down like a monkey and climb towards the whistle within 10mintues. The team who got the most people success touched the whistle will win the marks. Ouch! This is the first time I played. So difficult! My face were all red and tiring. Thank to Ashley, we won. She's a cheerleader and she's the fastest in our group. YEAH!
The third station (D) is crawl on the grass. The fastest team who gets all the member crawl finish win 4points. So there will be 2round. The bonus marks is those member who didn't touch a single string will gain one marks. But no one got it and my team lost 2round! So sad.....
Last we off to the fourth station (A), shoes war!!! The rules will be, everyone will take of their shoes. 3 to be use to make a pyramid and others, we got to take it to eliminate, defend, and attack the opponent and also destroy their pyramid. How to win the game?
1.) Whoevers pyramid falls and couldn't build back within 5seconds loses the match.
2.) If both sides pyramid is same, whoever teams had the most members win the match.
3.)If both teams pyramid fall and couldn't build within 5seconds, the team with most members win the match.
So there will be 2matches, and if the shoes hitted the legs below the knees, the people will be eliminated. Nervous time! I scare i will be the first one who got kicked out or i cant even hit a person. :S Miracle that I didn't get eliminated but i felt down on my butt twice. We won both the match! Good job everyone! And we wanted to claim back our shoes. Well, one of my shoe gone missing and i love my team so much! They helped me to find, they are so concern about me. This is what i called a team, one for all and all for one!
After the games, we going to prepare for dinner and we were given only fishes. Each got to eat 2 but the teacher saw there's left over so he increase from 2 to 3 fish per person. We quickly prepared, clean the fishes and some went out to buy ingrdients and also ask the aunty how to cook that kind of fish. While waiting for them to be back, we ready the rice. After an hour, we cooked the fishes. (Asam Fish) and egg with long beans which shapes like a pizza. Finish cooking, the teacher and committees will tried our food from every group. Dinner done, all finish shower and 8:30pm gather at the assembling for a campfire night. The teacher gave a short speech and we watched the presentation of the 5words given earlier before. My group was the 1st one to present. Our word will be (clock, ipad, wand, water, and dracula) the sketch goes like that.
'One day Ashley at a shopping mall and one of the ipad salewoman introduce the new high-tech ipad to Ashley, that it can be projected big on the wall. And there's few games. One is the How To Get The Water. The three girl, including me will be the duck, george will be the crocodile and brian sow the water. So The palyer got to make a path for the water to move till it reaches the crocodile and touches all the ducks. Then the sale woman introduce 2nd game to ashley. Where the Harry Potter (bryan) and Dracula (georger) fighting. Of course, Harry won. The sale woman asked Ashley wanted to bu? But Ashley said she will think about it.'
